2、最大利益法--什么叫利益?你别老讲产品的成分,去多讲产品带给顾客的好处利益。我们的电脑是多大内存,我们的电脑是什么处理器的,那些东西都是专业名词。不对,你要讲我们的电脑因为它是什么处理器所以它能为你降低多少的维修成本,提升多少的办事效率,它能为你节省多少人力成本,加快多少办事速度?因为它能为你降低成本提升利润,这才是老板爱听的,卖就要卖好处,不要卖成分。
3、快乐法--你要让他联想到拥有产品有多大的快乐。
4、痛苦法--什么叫痛苦?想象一下你的团队不断流失人才,那你要损失多少钱?付出多少代价?你因为不懂成交技巧已经多少年了损失了多少钱?继续这样下去5年会损失多少钱?继续下去这样10年会损失多少钱?如果一直这样下去呢?想象一下你事业倒闭两次三次你才学会教训这是你要的吗?如果不是的话现在做决定。
